How to export followers from linkedin company page
Trying to export your LinkedIn company followers? LOL. LinkedIn says no! ❌
Because apparently your own audience is classified info now. You can’t download your company’s actual follower list.

And if you were hoping to check out your competitor’s followers? Forget it. LinkedIn keeps all that under lock, key, and passive-aggressive UI.
But there’s a workaround. A real one.
In this article, I’ll show you how to pull from any company’s followers with profile data and even email addresses.
Does LinkedIn allow you to export company page followers?
Yes... and by “yes,” I mean no.
If you’re a company page admin, LinkedIn gives you access to “follower analytics.” You can even export the followers data.

That sounds promising, right? Until you open the Excel and realize it’s just 0s and 1s.

You can see how many people followed you each day; broken down by organic, sponsored, and invited. That’s it.
So technically yes.
You can “see” your followers but if you're trying to use that data for lead generation or outreach, you have to do some work around to export that data properly.
Worse news. You can't see your competitor’s followers at all.

So if you were hoping LinkedIn would let you make smart marketing decisions using insights from your own page or others, tough luck.
They’ve locked the door and swallowed the key.
But where there's a will, there's a way, and let me be your Gandalf. 🧙
Let’s get started!
How to export followers from any LinkedIn company page
Here’s the fun part. You don’t need to be an admin to export followers.
LinkedIn doesn’t make this obvious, but you can use its Sales Navigator to see exactly who’s following your company page and export them to a spreadsheet.
So how do you do it?
- Get a LinkedIn and Sales Navigator account
- Use advanced search filters to find followers
- Use Lobstr.io to export followers to Excel or Google Sheet
Let’s do it.
Step 1: Get a LinkedIn account with Sales Navigator
If you don’t want to use your personal LinkedIn for scraping (understandable), use a burner account.
This can be:
- A fresh LinkedIn account
- An old unused account
You’ll also need a Sales Navigator subscription on that account.

If you're new to this, Sales Navigator is LinkedIn’s premium tool for lead gen. It gives you advanced filters to find leads. Basically, the keys to the good stuff.
It’s not free but you can sign up for the trial version and use it for free for 30 days. Check out Sales Navigator’s pricing and features in this article:
If you're building a repeatable system, not just a one-off experiment, I’d suggest buying a LinkedIn account with an active Sales Nav subscription.
It saves time and setup. I’ve explained how in this post:
Once you're in, here’s where the magic starts.
Step 2: Use advanced search filters to find followers

Note: This filter will only work for the company you’ve listed as your current workplace on your LinkedIn profile.

Not your previous companies or company pages where you’re an admin. Just whatever you’ve listed in your “current position.”
Once you turn this filter on, Sales Navigator will show you a list of people who are following that company page.

From here, you can go one of two ways:
- Scrape everyone – if you want the whole follower list
- Filter leads – if you want just the high-intent leads (and you should)
You can add more filters like:
- Seniority = CXO, VP, Director
- Department = Marketing, Sales
- Geography = wherever your market lives
- Company Headcount = 200+ if you sell to mid-market or enterprise

This turns your follower list from a blob of humans into a list of people who might actually buy from you.
If you’re new to Sales Navigator or want to level up your search game, I’ve written a complete breakdown of how to use filters like a pro here:
Seriously, read that. It’ll save you from building a trash list full of interns and accidental followers.
But how do I see followers of a competitor’s company?
How to see followers of any LinkedIn company page
Glad you asked.
Well, you might know that you can’t see all the followers of a LinkedIn company page unless you’re an admin of that page.

That’s the exact trick we’re going to use.
Just update your LinkedIn profile (or your burner account) and set the competitor company as your current employer.

You don’t need access to their page. Just add a new job entry on your profile and select their company.

Once you do that, clear your browsing data (cookies and cache), go back to Sales Navigator, refresh the page, and boom!

You’ll be able to see everyone following their page, just like you did with yours.
But how do I export these profiles into a spreadsheet?
Step 3: Use Lobstr.io to export LinkedIn company page followers to spreadsheet
Alright. We've got your filtered list of followers inside Sales Navigator.
But I can’t just sit down and start copy-pasting thousands of leads into an Excel file manually.

Lobstr’s Sales Navigator Leads Scraper is built to do exactly this and much more.
The best part? It’s not some janky desktop software. It’s cloud-powered, fast, and actually built for scale.

Login and create a Squid
…oops, just kidding. That’s not required.
Just sign up in 2 simple steps, and boom! You're in. You’re now in your Lobstr.io dashboard. Ready to start scraping.
In your dashboard:

- Click create a new Squid
- Search Sales Navigator
- Select Sales Navigator Leads Scraper
Export followers from LinkedIn company page

Go back to your Sales Nav search (the one with the following your company filter applied). Copy the entire URL from the address bar and paste it into the task input in Lobstr.
This only works with lead searches, not account/company searches. This means you can’t export companies/pages following your company.

What if I want to keep collecting new followers over time?
If you're planning to monitor new followers regularly, you can schedule this scraping task to run automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
This way, you don’t have to repeat the setup every time.

Helpful if you're doing this as part of an ongoing lead gen or outreach process.
Now simply run the scraper and it’ll start collecting data for you. Lobstr runs in the cloud, so no need to keep your browser open or babysit it.

It scrapes more than 100 leads per minute, so a 1,000-lead list takes around 10 minutes. If you’re enriching emails, it might take a little longer.
Here’s how the data looks like:

And that’s it. Before wrapping up, let me answer some frequently asked questions.
FAQs
Can I export followers from all the LinkedIn pages I manage?
Yes, you can use LinkedIn automation tools like Phantombuster. But it only pulls basic data (name, headline, profile link only) and is limited to 10,000 followers per page.
Can you transfer followers from one LinkedIn page to another?
Nope. LinkedIn doesn’t let you migrate followers between pages.
If you’re rebranding or merging pages, your only real option is to post updates on the old page and ask followers to move. Which, let’s be honest, barely works.
What are the benefits of exporting LinkedIn company page followers?
Exporting followers lets you stop guessing and start targeting.
Once you have the actual list, you can identify decision makers, enrich the data, and segment by buyer persona.
You can use it for outreach, retargeting, CRM enrichment, basically everything LinkedIn refuses to help you with.
How To Get Verified Emails From LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
Sales Navigator itself doesn’t give you emails. It only shows profile data.
To get verified emails, you’ll need to use a tool like Lobstr.io that scrapes the search results and enriches each lead with verified email addresses.
Conclusion
That’s a wrap on how to export followers from a LinkedIn company page.
