LeadPro247 builds a fresh lead list for every client it runs outreach for. In 10 weeks on lobstr.io, that came to 212,208 leads, nearly all with an email, and ChatGPT now keeps an eye on the lists.

Every client needs its own list

LeadPro247 is an AI digital marketing agency for UK trades and local service businesses. It combines websites, local SEO, Google Ads, email outreach, WhatsApp and AI automation.

It has worked with over 100 electrical contractors, plus plumbing, construction, cleaning, renewables and car detailing businesses.

Outreach starts conversations with the commercial customers a trade could work for. For an electrician: builders, estate agents, property management companies. Every client sells to different businesses, in a different area.

“Finding suitable businesses and preparing contact lists involved a lot of hands-on research and administration. Each client needs different industries and locations, so building relevant lists becomes a substantial job as you grow.”
Chris, Founder of LeadPro247

The play: one grid of searches per client

  1. Pick the buyers. The client's services and coverage give the categories to target.
  2. Build the grid. Categories crossed with towns, in one Google Maps Leads Scraper squid per client or batch. Google Maps shows at most 200 results per search, so many small searches beat one big one.
  3. Keep the reachable ones. lobstr.io finds the email on each business's website and drops listings without one.
  4. Review, then send. Leads go to Google Sheets for review, then Brevo sends the daily emails, drafted for each sector with ChatGPT's help.
Google Maps Leads Scraper tasks: 3 categories (builder, estate agent, property management company) x 625 towns of Berkshire and Oxfordshire = 1,875 searches

Three categories across Berkshire and Oxfordshire already make 1,875 searches. A CSV of categories and towns loads a bigger grid in one upload.

Two settings keep only the businesses you can email. A listing without an email is dropped, and not billed.

ChatGPT checks the lists

On 26 October, Chris connected ChatGPT to lobstr.io through the lobstr.io MCP server. ChatGPT now reads every squid, its searches and its results: what has been collected for which client.

He asked it for a report on the last seven days. Between 19 and 26 October: 22,694 unique email addresses from 10 client lists, 16,549 businesses, 53,245 credits.

ChatGPT, connected to lobstr.io through the MCP, writes LeadPro247's seven-day report: 22,694 unique email addresses from 10 client lists (per-client figures blurred)

The next step is the one he described first:

“Instead of doing this by hand i can ask chatgpt to check it and get more data when we run out”
Chris, Founder of LeadPro247

When a client's list runs low, ChatGPT adds searches to that client's squid and launches the run.

212,208 leads in 10 weeks

Since 16 August 2026, LeadPro247 has set up 138 squids holding 938,822 searches. 147 runs turned them into 212,208 leads. 140 of those runs kept only businesses with an email.

Google Maps leads delivered to LeadPro247 by week, 16 August to 25 October 2026: 212,208 in total

Each lead used 3.3 credits on average: the listing, the email found on its website, and the email filter. At the Pro plan price, that is $3.30 per 1,000 leads.

How we counted. Leads: the unique businesses in each run, summed over 147 runs. Google Maps returned 1,933,849 matches, many of them the same business found by neighbouring searches. One business can sit in two clients' lists: across the whole account, 163,963 distinct businesses. Source: lobstr.io production data, 26 October 2026, account level only.

What changed, and what isn't measured yet

“It makes the research and list-building side much more manageable across different clients and areas. We can spend more time on targeting, messaging and follow-up.”
Chris, Founder of LeadPro247

For his clients, it is "another way to start conversations with potential commercial customers, alongside their SEO and advertising."

Not measured yet: the hours saved each week, or how many more clients the agency can take on. Chris hasn't tracked them closely enough to give an accurate figure, so this story publishes none.

His advice to another agency owner:

“Automate the repetitive research, but keep your attention on choosing the right businesses and giving them a relevant reason to reply.”
Chris, Founder of LeadPro247
