Can I sort comments by top or newest?

Yes — both are supported. Choose top to get the highest-engagement comments first, or newest to get the most recent ones first. Sorting does not affect completeness when you scrape everything.

Can I scrape only new comments to monitor a video?

Yes — use the Fetch Since filter. Pass a relative duration like 24h, 7d or 2w, or an absolute date (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS), and the run stops as soon as it reaches older comments. Comments are collected newest-first when this is set.

Can I use a channel, playlist or Shorts URL as input?

No — video URLs only. Feed one or thousands of YouTube video URLs; each one is processed independently and results land in the same export.

How do I get the data out, and can I automate it?
